What is Amazon LEX Connector?
The Amazon Lex connector bidirectionally integrates CXF flows with the Amazon Lex conversational AI (“chatbot”) service.
A flow can send input to a designated bot in Amazon Lex and receives the Lex response, including recognized intents, resolved slots, and confidence scores.
For deep integration with Amazon Lex and a Lex fulfillment service, and to facilitate the interaction between a flow and a Lex bot, the connector has a variety of settings for preprocessing the payload sent to Amazon Lex and for postprocessing the Lex response.
By using the Amazon Lex connector, a CXF flow can incorporate a conversational AI experience into a larger solution.
