Implementation considerations
- Company search: Read selected company ID/name/website text from one native typed search page.
- Lookup values: Read industry, country and company-type ID/name references under a local cap.
- Checked search metadata: Return optional checked server page/count metadata without complete-coverage claims.
- Caller-managed reads; no webhook trigger or enrichment action is included.
- Use the fixed api.zoominfo.com/gtm API with a managed Bearer Token carrying an issued GTM OAuth access token. Company search requires approved company-data access; lookup entitlements and scopes require separate validation. App registration, token issuance/renewal/revocation remain external; legacy username/password authentication is unsupported.
- Company Search sends native CompanySearch JSON:API data with companyName and bounded page[number]/page[size]. Search results do not establish an exact company match. Optional server page/count metadata is checked, without next-page or complete-directory inference.
- Industry, country and company-type references use native typed resources. Maximum References is a local 1–5000 cap, default 2000, without guessed server paging or truncation. Exact IDs retain case and leading zeroes; company names/website text are nullable and website text is metadata only.
- No enrichment, contacts, personal data, intent/news/scoops/hierarchy, usage billing, arbitrary filters or writes are included. Existing scaffold action/input/credential/result mappings require deliberate migration with the persistent identity preserved. Hosted import, executor support and live token/scope/entitlement/field/matching/paging remain untested.
- Four packaged GTM OAuth company-search and lookup reads use typed JSON:API contracts. Approved token/scopes/entitlements, licensed fields and actual matching/paging require validation.
