Implementation considerations
- For broad CRM APIs, CXFabric starts with simple CRUD plus search and associations before adding deeper custom-object logic.
- Confirm custom fields, object names, required properties, association labels, and tenant-specific picklists during implementation.
- Use external IDs and duplicate rules so retries do not create duplicate CRM records.
- Zendesk Sell integrations should confirm the current sales CRM API surface, authentication model, and account object permissions.
- CXFabric should keep sales updates, contact enrichment, and task creation governed with clear ownership and audit trails.
