Get Number Pricing
Retrieve account-specific monthly phone-number prices by country/type, excluding calling and messaging usage.
List Phone Numbers
Retrieve one page of numbers owned by the selected account, with optional number/name filters.
Get Phone Number
Retrieve one owned number and its routing configuration; HTTP 404 returns found false.
Purchase Phone Number
Provision the exact selected number. Confirmation is required and recurring charges apply.
Configure Phone Number
Update a name and HTTPS Voice/SMS/status webhook URLs using POST. Existing application/trunk routes are not detached.

Implementation considerations
- Number inventory and pricing: Search available local, toll-free and mobile numbers, retrieve monthly number pricing, and list or get owned numbers.
- Explicit administration: Purchase an exact selected number, configure supported webhooks or release a checked number using separate confirmed actions.
- Account reporting: Retrieve balance and paginated total, daily or monthly usage records for the selected account.
- Use a CXFabric Basic Auth credential with a Twilio API key SID and secret, or Account SID and Auth Token as permitted by the account. Select the target Account SID in trusted flow configuration. Fixed US1 HTTPS endpoints; no regional override. Get Number Pricing uses the credential’s account.
- Purchases incur recurring charges and require an exact selected E.164 number and explicit confirmation. Configure requires confirmation and refuses webhook changes overridden by existing TwiML applications or SIP trunks. Release requires confirmation and checks the expected phone number before deletion. Portal authorization, account isolation and spending controls belong in your backend.
- Nine actions use bounded requests with a shared 1–8 second budget, one page of at most 100 rows, no automatic retries or redirects, and explicit unknown outcomes for unverified writes. Reconcile uncertain purchases before repeating them. A configured webhook does not prove successful call routing.
- Usage explicitly excludes other subaccounts. Number pricing is a monthly rate rather than an invoice; it excludes traffic charges. Usage and balances can lag, and child accounts do not have independent balance information. No invoice or payment-method administration is included.
- Register Twilio Admin separately from Twilio communications connectors. Twilio+ remains unchanged. Local package and contract checks passed; hosted import and live Twilio actions remain untested.
