Implementation considerations
- Customer lookups: List selected customer metadata or look up one exact customer ID.
- Job lookups: List selected job metadata, optionally filtered by customer, or look up an exact job ID.
- Bounded CRM/JPM reads: Read customer active state, job number/status and customer/location references with checked pagination.
- Use scheduled flows for metadata reads; no webhook trigger is included.
- Use a managed Basic Auth credential as a two-secret container: issued ak1. app key in username and issued OAuth access token in password. Requests send ST-App-Key and Bearer headers.
- Select the integration or production environment and authorized tenant. App/tenant approval, token issuance and renewal remain outside this package.
- The CRM/JPM v2 package returns selected metadata. Customer/job changes, dispatch, addresses, balances, invoices and notes are outside its scope.
