  2. Create or select a credential if the action requires one.
  3. In a Draft flow, add an available action, choose its version, connect it, and map inputs.

Included in this version

Included actions

Implemented in v0.1.1.2. Use a separate flow trigger; no webhook trigger is included.

Test connection

Test incident read access; does not verify write permissions.

Find incidents

Find incidents by exact number or correlation ID, with optional active filter.

Get incident

Read one incident by sys_id.

Create incident

Create an incident. Read back the result; do not blindly retry an uncertain write.

Add work note

Append an internal work note. Requires permission; uncertain retries can duplicate notes.

Vendor API

API and access

Implementation considerations
  • Support APIs often distinguish agent/admin operations from end-user request operations; confirm the right permission model.
  • Keep requester identity, organization, assignee, status, and external IDs mapped explicitly.
  • Use ticket events for updates, but protect against loops when CXFabric writes back to the same system.
