Vendor API

API and access

Implementation considerations
  • Confirm tenant, role, data residency, sensitive fields, approval rules, and whether writes require admin, partner, or service access.
  • Start with read/search/update and approval handoffs before enabling sensitive create or access-management actions.
  • Keep external IDs, actor, approval decision, and downstream side effects visible in logs.
  • QuickBooks-related workflows should confirm the correct Intuit product API, account authorization, and object lifecycle requirements.
  • CXFabric should separate accounting updates, time activity, invoicing, and payroll-adjacent handoffs with clear validation.
