Use this connector in a flow
- Register the ZIP in your tenant, or add a new version if the connector is already installed.
- Create or select a credential if the action requires one.
- In a Draft flow, add an available action, choose its version, connect it, and map inputs.
- Test the step and flow; review output and failures before activation.

- The target product/version, Business Workspaces module, OTCSTicket lifecycle, permissions, and metadata mapping require customer validation.
- This package targets Content Server / Extended ECM Business Workspaces, node metadata, and bounded document transfer, not OpenText Core Content or Documentum.
- The package has synthetic tests only. Confirm the customer's Content Server version, Business Workspaces module, OTCSTicket access, and result shapes before use.
