Included in this version

Included actions

Implemented in v0.1.1.0. Use a separate flow trigger; no webhook trigger is included.

List agents

Retrieve one page of configured ACD agents; optional search text filters the vendor response.

Get agent

Retrieve a numeric ACD agent ID and team details.

List agent states

Retrieve one page of live ACD agent states for availability verification.

List completed contacts

Retrieve one historical contact page within a defined UTC interval, optionally filtered by agent.

List team unavailable codes

Retrieve the active unavailable codes assigned to an ACD team.

Set agent unavailable

Request the default Unavailable state. Acceptance requires separate live-state verification.

Get contact details

Retrieve one contact with source timestamps, metrics and master-contact identity.

Get contact hierarchy

Retrieve the master contact ID and child contacts returned by NICE.

Get contact state history

Retrieve source state transitions for one contact without converting duration units.

List updated contacts

Retrieve one page of completed contacts updated since a UTC timestamp, through the vendor current time.

Vendor API

API and access

Implementation considerations
  • Agent lookup: Retrieve configured agent IDs and current agent-state information.
  • Contact results: Retrieve completed contacts for a UTC interval or updated-since window, then read contact details, master/child hierarchy and state history. Large IDs are preserved as text.
  • Availability request: Request the default Unavailable state for an authorized agent session and verify it through live state.
  • Actions only; use a separate flow trigger to invoke these operations.
  • Select a managed bearer token. Token exchange and refresh are external setup.
  • Use numeric ACD agent IDs, with text for large IDs.
  • Retrieve one page per invocation; completed-contact intervals are limited to 31 days. Updated-since reads use a moving window; persist overlap, watermarks, upserts and reconciliation outside the connector.
  • Upgrade the existing NICE CXone registration to 0.1.1.0 with its unchanged component ID and UUID. Existing actions remain available. Live contact-record collection and completeness are unvalidated.
  • Requires a registered application, an unexpired managed access token and the discovered tenant ACD API base for v34.0.
  • An accepted Unavailable request requires live-state verification. Permissions, agent session and active-contact behavior must be validated in the target tenant.
