Vendor API

API and access

Implementation considerations
  • Confirm delegated versus service account access, mailbox/calendar ownership, room/resource scope, and tenant consent.
  • Use provider event IDs and external IDs to avoid duplicate calendar entries during retries.
  • Be explicit about time zone, recurrence, attendee notifications, and cancellation behavior.
  • Outlook mail workflows through Microsoft Graph require carefully scoped delegated or application permissions.
  • CXFabric should handle mailbox access, message creation, calendar coordination, and customer consent explicitly.
