Implementation considerations
- Customer-scoped account references: Read account references for an explicit customer and select direct or linked account scope.
- Exact account and customer lookups: Retrieve selected IDs, names, numbers and lifecycle metadata by exact ID.
- Caller-managed reads; no polling or webhook trigger is included.
- Select production or sandbox and managed credentials containing DeveloperToken in Username and the OAuth access token in Password. Native headers are sent without HTTP Basic; enrollment and token refresh remain external.
- Supply positive Int64 ID strings and explicit customer scope. The local account cap does not add API pagination or establish a complete account export. Null reference metadata stays distinct from an empty list.
- Lifecycle metadata does not establish advertising delivery. Campaigns, ads, billing, reporting, account writes and the legacy SOAP/SDK transport are outside the package. Permissions and live API behavior need validation.
- The package implements three documented Customer Management REST v13 reads. Issued credentials, API permissions and selected-field behavior require live validation.
