Use this connector in a flow

  1. Register the ZIP in your tenant, or add a new version if the connector is already installed.
  2. Create or select a credential if the action requires one.
  3. In a Draft flow, add an available action, choose its version, connect it, and map inputs.
  4. Test the step and flow; review output and failures before activation.

This ZIP uses HubSpot CRM API /2026-09/. The vendor API version is separate from the CXFabric connector package version. HubSpot API versioning.

Implementation considerations
  • For broad CRM APIs, CXFabric starts with simple CRUD plus search and associations before adding deeper custom-object logic.
  • Confirm custom fields, object names, required properties, association labels, and tenant-specific picklists during implementation.
  • Use external IDs and duplicate rules so retries do not create duplicate CRM records.
  • HubSpot CRM contact endpoints support creating, updating, retrieving, and syncing contact records between HubSpot and other systems.
  • Batch operations and scopes should be planned carefully so large sync workflows stay predictable.
