Vendor API

API and access

Implementation considerations
  • Confirm delegated versus service account access, mailbox/calendar ownership, room/resource scope, and tenant consent.
  • Use provider event IDs and external IDs to avoid duplicate calendar entries during retries.
  • Be explicit about time zone, recurrence, attendee notifications, and cancellation behavior.
  • Google Calendar API integrations should confirm OAuth scopes, calendar ownership, event update behavior, and push notification needs.
  • CXFabric booking workflows should validate attendee, resource, reminder, and cancellation handling before deployment.
