Included in this version

Included actions

Implemented in v0.2.0.0. Use a separate flow trigger; no webhook trigger is included.

List policies

Read returned policy references with an explicit admin filter.

Get policy categories

Read selected names and enabled flags for exactly one policy.

Get policy tax rates

Read returned rate metadata for exactly one policy, preserving an empty tax object as unavailable metadata.

Vendor API

API and access

Implementation considerations
  • Policy references: Read accessible policy names, IDs, currency, role and type with an explicit admin filter.
  • Category and tax metadata: Read selected category names/enabled flags and rate metadata for one exact policy.
  • Caller-managed reads; no polling or webhook trigger is included.
  • Use managed paired credentials with partnerUserID in Username and partnerUserSecret in Password. The native pair is sent in a form-encoded get job without HTTP Basic; account permissions remain external.
  • Supply an exact opaque Policy ID. Local caps add no API pagination or truncation. Caller owns request pacing and reference coverage; owner/employee email addresses and financial transactions are omitted.
  • An empty tax object remains unavailable metadata, distinct from a zero rate. Category flags and returned rate metadata do not determine tax applicability or calculate expense tax.
  • No expense/report export, policy edits, employee/card reads, third-party user delegation or private-beta OAuth method is included. Deployed JSON response headers, permissions and selected fields need live validation.
  • The package implements three Integration Server get jobs using issued credential pairs. Caller owns rate pacing; hosted import and live policy/header validation remain pending.
