Vendor API

API and access

Implementation considerations
  • Patient identity, authorization, purpose of use, audit, and retention must be enforced by the host workflow and customer environment.
  • FHIR R4 patient, appointment, clinical-context, and clinical-note content APIs require the customer's approved Epic app and resource-level access.
  • The package has synthetic tests only. Confirm credential binding, patient authorization, and permitted endpoints in the target Epic organization before use.
