Vendor API

API and access

Implementation considerations
  • Accessible location references: Read accessible location identifiers, labels and raw time-zone text.
  • Operatory references: Read operatory identifiers, labels and optional location/order references.
  • Scheduling configuration: Read appointment-status definitions and production-type reference flags.
  • Invoke reference reads from flows; no webhook trigger is included.
  • Use an enrolled managed VendorKey and AccountKey pair, an explicit AccountId and an approved CareStack tenant prefix. AccountId identifies requested context, not independently verified ownership.
  • The documented endpoints return arrays without paging parameters. A local record cap rejects excess rows; no automatic paging, truncation or retry is included.
  • Reference flags do not determine current availability. Patient records, appointment instances, treatment, financial records and writes are outside this package.
