Vendor API

API and access

Implementation considerations
  • Confirm whether the customer account exposes booking APIs directly, through partner access, or through tenant-specific API enablement.
  • Keep appointment IDs, customer IDs, location IDs, provider IDs, and service IDs visible in the workflow payload.
  • Use idempotency or duplicate checks before creating appointments from retries, webhooks, or contact center conversations.
  • Cal.com API v2 supports OAuth-based access for official partner and app integrations.
  • CXFabric booking workflows should confirm calendar ownership, event type access, reschedule behavior, and webhook subscriptions.
