Use this connector in a flow

  1. Register the ZIP in your tenant, or add a new version if the connector is already installed.
  2. Create or select a credential if the action requires one.
  3. In a Draft flow, add an available action, choose its version, connect it, and map inputs.
  4. Test the step and flow; review output and failures before activation.

See readme.md in the ZIP for settings and limitations.

Vendor API

API and access

Implementation considerations
  • Item reference page: Read selected item GUID/number/name/revision/unit metadata and nested category/lifecycle references.
  • Item category mapping: Read checked category references or selected metadata for an exact category GUID.
  • Lifecycle phase references: Read selected GUID/name/stage/type and active/used metadata under a local cap.
  • Caller-managed reference reads; no event queue or webhook trigger is included.
  • Use licensed commercial API access at the fixed api.arenasolutions.com v1 host. Select a managed bearer-token credential carrying the issued session ID; transport uses the native arena_session_id header without Authorization or Cookie. Login, explicit workspace selection, renewal and logout remain external.
  • Arena GUIDs are exact letter/digit strings in a local supported subset, preserving case and leading zeroes; they are not canonical UUIDs. Item Page Limit/Row Offset check one native page. Category/phase maximums are local reply caps without guessed server paging, and excess or repeated GUIDs fail without truncation.
  • Nullable/empty/future metadata and false flags remain distinct. Vendor counts are not interpreted as directory totals, no next offset is inferred and empty results do not prove complete coverage. Caller owns pacing, consistency, iteration and completeness. Metadata/flags do not establish approval, manufacturing or operational readiness.
  • No writes, BOM, files, item revision/detail lookup, users, costs, custom attributes, import/export or session lifecycle actions are included. Government/Europe/Empower endpoints are unsupported. Hosted import, executor dependencies and live license/workspace/session/permissions/fields/paging require validation.
  • Four packaged commercial v1 reference reads use the native session header. Current vendor-hosted OpenAPI establishes routes and selected metadata; live workspace/session permissions and fields require validation.
