Included actions

Implemented in v0.2.0.1. Use a separate flow trigger; no webhook trigger is included.

Find appointments

Read scheduled appointments in an explicit window; a full limit indicates possible additional matches.

Get appointment

Look up selected appointment/client/status fields by numeric appointment ID.

List appointment types

Read active/non-deleted appointment-type metadata with a local result cap.

Check available times

Read available service times for one date; a slot is not reserved.

Vendor API

API and access

Implementation considerations
  • Confirm whether the customer account exposes booking APIs directly, through partner access, or through tenant-specific API enablement.
  • Keep appointment IDs, customer IDs, location IDs, provider IDs, and service IDs visible in the workflow payload.
  • Use idempotency or duplicate checks before creating appointments from retries, webhooks, or contact center conversations.
